Take time to slow down, breathe deliberately, stretch, and move. Classes include basic yoga poses to build strength, work on balance, and improve range of motion. Options are given to accommodate abilities and injuries.

Get energized and be strong! We all need to keep our muscles, our bones, and our hearts healthy. No matter your fitness level, you can join me for cardio, weights, stretching and FUN!
