Looking for “oomph” in your fitness? This is a heart-pumping, strength-building, be healthy workout. Like all my classes, I will encourage you to make it your own — Slow down, speed it up, rest. Lighter weights, heavier weights, no weights, rest. Be safe with your body. All abilities are welcome.
