Looking for “oomph” in your fitness? This is a heart-pumping, strength-building, be healthy workout. Like all my classes, I will encourage you to make it your own — Slow down, speed it up, rest. Lighter weights, heavier weights, no weights, rest. Be safe with your body. All abilities are welcome.

Keep it Moving
Do you want a slower-paced and gentler class? This is for you! Movements are led with a respect for everyone’s abilities. Every class includes range of motion moves, balance work, strengthening exercises, standing or seated cardio, time to chat — and lots of fun! A little bit of everything in an hour to allow you to Keep Moving through your daily activities.
